Track and observe to ensure the normal operation of the equipment
After the maintenance, we will follow up and observe within 15 days to ensure the normal operation of the equipment

On-time delivery and installation
Ensure that the goods are delivered in accordance with the delivery time stipulated in the contract, and provide on-site technical services according to the time required by the demander, including inspection (referring to the inspection of appearance, packaging and quantity), on-site installation, installation and commissioning, driving guidance and other pre-sales services.

All-weather after-sales
Our company will open an all-weather after-sales service hotline to provide timely after-sales service response for the customer. After receiving the warranty, the solution will be made within 1 hour, and experienced after-sales service engineers will be assigned to the scene within 8 hours, and the problem will be solved within 1 to 2 days

Provide technology and information
For the supporting equipment related to the contract equipment purchased by the tenderee, we guarantee to proactively provide the technical conditions and information to meet the requirements of the equipment interface, and provide the best services when necessary。

Paid training of 2 to 4 equipment engineers
After the installation and commissioning of the equipment is completed, our company will provide paid training for 2 to 4 equipment maintenance engineers

Provide interface file
We will take the initiative to provide the interface documents and technical conditions required by the tenderee, and provide technical support if necessary, so that the demander can successfully complete the system docking as soon as possible

Tracking service
